'Doesn't Have The Skills'

A vid master(almost a grandmaster) said that Amanpreet doesn't have the skills after a game at Mount Maunganui RSA Chess Club. The vid master said "He knows the basics but doesn't have the skills," to our RSA reporter Ruben Kruger(also plays chess) on the first day. On that game his IRL Rating was 783 which is quite good for a junior player in the club.
